A truly outstanding hotel! The hotel is exceptionally cozy and comfortable, with a refined touch! The rooms are spacious and tidy, featuring a laundry room, and breakfast is included—offering great value for money! The location is also fantastic, with plenty of restaurants nearby, including many delicious Chinese food options! What touched me the most was their exceptional service. I accidentally left some belongings at the hotel, and the front desk staff went out of their way to arrange express delivery for me—even though it caused them a lot of trouble. I’m so grateful to have received my important items! Thanks so much for all staff’s help, especially Danielle, Sylvia, they’re really kind and supportive.

Her attention to detail, patience, and proactive attitude took all the stress out of coordinating multiple reservations. Outstanding Property!

This was our first time staying at an Ayres property and I would absolutely stay there again and recommend them to friends. The room was very large, everything from paint, carpet, and furniture were clean and fresh - no signs of wear and tear. The breakfast was hot. Definitely an outstanding value. Great job and shout out to all the staff at the Diamond Bar location!

Exceptional Stay

Our stay was exceptionally inviting, warm, comfortable—we felt the love! The property was beautiful! Very inviting and warm. So very comfortable and easy to feel at home, relaxed! The whole atmosphere just felt good. Better than good! The afternoon socials were wonderful! We so enjoyed the time with such tasty snacks and beverages, love sitting in the lobby/lounge area with other travelers This was our first time here and we hope to return. The staff were amazing! Housekeeping actually cleans your room every day without even asking for service- and they even brought us additional towels within minutes of asking if it was possible for more! No complaints about the facility.
